Nowadays, learning cannot be achieved by the mere transmission of knowledge and experience. The highest teaching professionalism and continuous innovation to facilitate and induce a true personal transformation in capabilities and aptitudes are also required. This educational action becomes impossible if it is not based on a faculty of acknowledged academic excellence.
The ESE faculty is made up of a select group of professors, most whom hold doctor degrees from some of the best universities in the world.
Professors maintain a consistent personal relationship with the business world. At their daily work, they alternate applied research on real business problems with consulting for companies, which immerse them in a practical environment. All their experience areas converge in their teaching activity.
Besides, our Faculty keeps close relationships with the international business community through their courses in executive programs, investigations on critical aspects of businesses, case elaboration, and tasks as consultants or board directors in leading Chilean and worldwide companies.
The ESE academic work transcends a mere transmission of knowledge and is oriented towards a wider commitment: to generate change in the business and social environment through the personal development of the participants in the different programs and a rigorous work on their leadership capabilities.
The regular participation of foreign professor as lecturers strengthens the programs’ international approach.
