Academic Backing
The ESE counts with the academic backing of the Universidad de Navarra’s IESE in Spain (www.iese.edu) and of the IAE, of the Universidad Austral in Argentina (www.iae.edu.ar), two institutions with a solid international reputation which have several decades of experience in businesspersons and managers education.
International Relationships
ESE maintains academic links and close collaboration in research and teaching with a number of prestigious High Management Schools that offer similar programs and with which it shares its strategic thinking. Thus, the concerns, progresses and approaches most representative of world problems are brought together, as each one of them contributes its own experiences.
These schools work jointly to integrate and make compatible, from an academic point of view, their programs and approaches. To this end, there is a yearly meeting attended by the directors of these schools, which makes possible a better coordination of efforts and concentrating in certain research areas. The teaching methodology and the exchange of experiences on the challenges they face in their respective markets are other factors of mutual collaboration.
Additionally, early in 2007, the ESE Executive MBA attained the international accreditation of the AMBA (The Association of MBA), which certified that the program complies with the quality standards of the best MBA programs in the world.
Associated Business Schools
Currently, ESE has academic information exchange agreements, and in some instances, student exchange agreements with schools in Spain, United States, China, Mexico, Portugal, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, Argentina, Filipinas, Nigeria, Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil, many of which are leaders in their respective markets.
These agreements are recognizable in all the aspects of ESE activities: cases for study, technical notes, research projects, international weeks and business experiences. In the same way, the contents and orientation of their programs and the composition of their faculties are discussed, while academic and scientific collaboration and exchange are consistently maintained.
All these activities imply a powerful contribution to learning about real world, and to the development of excellence in organizations’ management in countries all over the world.
