Both the proper nature and the process of corporate governance connect its very essence with ethics. To govern is a moral matter, and the boundaries of this human activity are also moral. It is in the stakeholders' theory that we find the possibility of making an effort to base the ethical dimension of corporate governance, at the same time that we build a link with the Aristotle's moral theory.
