  • Business Visit (to be confirmed): Possible examples include Schlumberger or Buc-ee's

Day 3 – Building Powerful Salesperson Relationships

  • Hiring, training, and developing the right people
  • Advanced communication techniques

  • Designing compensation plans that work

Day 4 – Authentic Leadership

  • Five secrets of authentic leadership
  • Motivation and recognition strategies
  • Leading through influence vs. authority
  • Thinking big: how to build sustainable growth strategies
  • Cultural Visit (to be confirmed): Potential sites include NASA Space Center Houston or Texas Medical Center

Day 5 – Putting It to Work at Work

After the in-person sessions, continue your growth through three virtual 1-on-1 meetings with a faculty member:

The program will take place at the University of Houston, located at 4302 University Dr, Houston, TX 77004. All sessions and coffee breaks will be held in this venue, providing an ideal environment for learning and interaction among participants. In addition, the agenda includes enriching off-campus experiences, such as business visits and a guided tour of NASA, designed to complement the academic sessions with real-world insights and networking opportunities.
